The Dovetron question raises another question. I know it's a bit simple, =
but in making a transition from real machines (300 VDC 60 MA) to RS-232 =
and WINTEL boxes, what is available out there in terms of software to go =
between the OS and the UART to set up the uart oat the right baud rate, =
info bits, etc and (now the real part) perform the maping on the fly =
between Baudout (Murray) and ASCII.
