Perhaps a better way to phrase it is to have a rule about
posting any ASCII/TT art as messages to the list.  Archives and
web pages are a better place for it.  In this way we can avoid
the debate about whether a Playboy bunny "art" is better, worse
or otherwise offensive as compared to say, a Snoopy calendar.
