[GreenKeys] Printing non-printable ASCII characters

Someone on the Usenet was asking about the fact that the ASCII standard
includes printable representations for the non-printing characters.
Here's the partial reply.

NUL is a square, VT a down arrow, SUB (ctrl Z) is a backwards ? etc...
Logically enough, ACK is a tick (check) mark and NACK the same with a line
crossing it out.
