The unit is in good condition and appears to be complete. It is untested. Winning bidder pays with cashier's check, money order or personal check and pays shipping from 85020. Personal checks will be held for 10 days. Payment must be received with 10 days of the auction close. Foreign bidders OK. Bidpay is recommended for foreign bidders however international money order is OK (much slower).
