Not sure you will get a response from Al.    About 6 weeks ago I was high 
bidder (on Ebotch)
for a manual from him.   He never responded to my inquiries about it (three 
tries) and to date
has not done a thing.

Al has been sporadic in his responses over the years, but this is something 
new....
I hope he is OK....
