Why tnx for the invite! I haven't run 850 for a while, so it will feel
good to tune LOL. I will keep it authentic, with the Mite, and the 14
ROTR with a 15 TD hey I got to use ALL of it, don't I? ( I enjoy the
sounds of the keys, even more than the type wheel of the Mite or the
type box of a 28 (got one coming, not here yet) . Rcvr will be both
R-390 and an R392 (on the same antenna, I just simulate diversity , with
a pair of AN/URA-17 converters.. Semi-pure Milspec all the way. The
xmtr, though will be the Icom 746PRO, used for xmit only, USB AFSK,
homebrew TU ca 1972 (ur tone specs of course--hi) as the Eico 753 (pure
FSK modified) won't hit 10MHz. I will refrain from using my software TU
for authenticity.
