[GreenKeys] Attracting the other end's attention

I was reminded of another method to make sure you got the attention
of the other end of the HF TTY circuit.  Personally, I rang a lot of
bells, but an alternative method was to:

P(re)S(script): First step was to LOOSEN the Paper Holding
Lever on the Greenville machine so paper would only fly
out of the TTY at the OTHER END.

As I recall, the BEST way, sometimes the ONLY way to
get the attention of the operator at the distant end was to
PRESS & HOLD the "LF" button and wait for a response!


I never did this, but obviously, there were alternatives to
the bell!  (Thanks, Bill)/
