Last year there was a survey request that was posted hear about an RTTY 
broadcasting petition to the FCC.

Well, I noticed that they have the raw survey data that includes name 
address, phone number, call sign and email address in a text file that the 
web crawlers have found.

The result is that all of the email address in the file are game for spam.

This is one of the methods that spammers use to harvest addresses.

Does anyone have a real contact to get this page removed, or at least 
protected?

I found it by doing a web search on my email address to see where it appears.
