I can tell you what it is.  It's FGC-5, by the way.  The AN/FGC-5 was a
4-channel time division multiplex set designed by Teletype and 
manufactured by an outside contractor.  The Navy was the biggest 
customer, although the other services used it and also the FAA.
The transmitting and receiving ends each occupied a 6-foot rack.
The oscilloscope was furnished for built-in test equipment.

It was replaced by the AN/UGC-1 transistorized mux, which occupied
about 1/6th the space of the FGC-5.

And after a while they quit using time-division mux and went over to
frequency division.
