[GreenKeys] removing extra header crapola in Eudora

On your Eudora message toolbar there is an icon:

Blah
Blah
Blah

If you click that, the headers displayed get expanded or reduced.  I can't 
find a default setting in Tools Options to set this, however.  (I am using 
Eudora 5.0)
