EU Processing Delays. "END USER CERTIFICATION".  I've deen told by
Government Liquidations that "EU"s are ONLY being processed for American
Citizens since the SEPT 11 Incident.  She mentioned 90 Days wait do to the
fact that DRMO has to send these up to the Securities Trade Commission
(Not
verified) for review and approval and then reverse the loop for the return
trip. She also says that some of these have been on hold for up to a year.
I don't think this will be the case with ours. But then they may apply
"MURPHYS LAW'.  Heaven forbid! I plan on giving DRMO HQ in Battlecreek,
Michigan a call this coming week if no major fires spring up to divert my
attention. Would have done this sooner, but a major "Set Decoration" for
the
revitalization of the old TV Series "Sci-Fi" BATTLESTAR GALACTICA  has
required my full attention. Will keep you all updated as soon as any info
filters down.

The input regarding the manuals was about 50/50, so, I am forwarding my
copy of the manual to Tony Podrasky so that he can scan it into a .PDF
format, and we will then post it on WWW.RTTY.COM in the Kretzman Technical
Library.

This coming Saturday is the Northwest's Mike and Key ClubRadio Hamfest and
Swapmeet, in puyallup, WA. (Just down the road from here). I will be there
trying to find a decent spectrum analyzer and other needed "STUFF". The
next report will be Saturday evening.

Units 50 through 67 are in the lot with condition code "F". We have no way
of determining functionality, damage, etc., without actually seeing them,
so we might go so far as to make a special 2 fer 1-1/2 super buy, but that
remains to be seen.

The guess is that the F Class units will for the most part be functional.
So we are making a portion of them up for grabs.

Non-functioning "Junkers" will not be shipped without the buyer so knowing
and acknowledging the questionable status, and retaining the right to say
"Thanks, but no thanks".
