Hello Randy,

John Bartholemew suggusted I contact you.  I am the curator and 
chairman of the North American Data Communications Museum (NADCOMM). 
We have been collecting Teletype machines, early modems, data service 
units, and associated documentation and memorabilia since 1984.  Our 
collection spans the years 1923-1986.

We now have public access through the Computer Museum of America 
located at 640 "C" Street in San Diego, California.   I try to help 
find homes for Teletype machines and some times we accept donations 
which are tax deductable.  The value of the machines is mixed at 
best.  Most of the machines are very heavy and difficult and/or 
expensive to ship so a person wanting to part with a machine and see 
it preserved usually gets little for the machine because the buyer 
has to make so much effort to either pick-up or have the machine 
crated and shipped.

I am part of an internet distribution list that has over 150 members 
around the world that are Teletypewriter enthusiasts.  Depending on 
where you are located we can try to assist you with the machines and 
any supplies and or parts you may have.

I am located in Ringwood, Illinois right now but will be at the 
museum in San Diego on April 24 for one week and then again for 2 to
