	Went to take a look at the photo on this and find that
Ebay responds with a message saying the item is blocked "in your country"
and won't show it to me.

	This is at 3:00 AM EST 1/23

	But they have not pulled the listing which usually happens for
controversial items.

	I tried two access routes - both via Comcast cable modem
from the Boston area and via a commercial account with an ISP
in Lynn Mass.

	As a US citizen in the USA I am a bit puzzled... what other
country allows me to see a US TSEC item and why not in the ole USA...
