[GreenKeys] 30 mtr RTTY??

Hi

We have gone through a *lot* of different ideas on the net. At the 
moment we seem to have settled on:

170 shift
45 baud
Mark frequency 10.137300 MHz
Space frequency 10.137130 MHz

Operation is a bit hit or miss at the moment since we are just getting 
this set up.

There are also a couple of other nets on 30 meters. I don't have a lot 
of data on them.
