Not me. I brougt in a 1944 military radio manual (R-105/ARR-15) and the 
conscientious employee found a notice in a front page about coping 
restricted to operational uses only and refused to copy the thing.

My suggestion is that if you find any such notices of any sort, let it 
happen that those pages get left behind when you go in Kinko's front door.
