[GreenKeys] 10.1375 Mhz Looks like a winner

I've been monitoring 10.1375 now for two days and it has remained clear
with almost no interference at all.  So it looks like a winner for our
proposed autostart net.  I should have a station up and running by the
weekend and we can start running some tests to see how well it is
received and how the signal strength runs  among the members of our
group.
