I am humbly shocked that I know of a device that all you experts can't
ID!

It's a Western Union Simplex printer 102b? 2b? I can look if you care.

I added the lamps. The brown wrinkle paint is not factory. Missing is
the ding ding that rings incessantly when the paper runs low. Probably
useful for a telegram office, but it drove me nuts. Parts are in a
plastic bag for The Future.
