Jackson is correct. It is a model 14 non-typing reperf. Probably geared for
60 WPM.

You can tell it is 5-level by looking at the photo showing the tape exiting
the punch block. There are three rows to the right of the feedholes, and two
to the left.

Sorry about the mixup - thought everybody was all  goo-goo over the 28 strip
printer, which is listed as Circa 1920's. Old, Valuable, Precious, Rare,
Secret, etc.
