[GreenKeys] TTY set up

Would like to know how to set up a teletype receiving station. Have R-
390-A (3 of them and 2 R-390), an A/SGC-1A Radio Teletype terminal 
set (no manuals) and a AN/UGC-74C(V)3 also without a manual, 
additionally I have found on my stored treasures a CV-483/URA-17 
Converter Frequency Shift also with no manual.
Can I some how use these units to set up a TTY receiving station? 
Have always been curious about TTY but never been able to set up a 
unit nor the knowledge to do so. Now that I have found all of these boat 
anchors maybe some one can help me do so.
If able to help, please respond directly unless you think that the 
response will add to the net knowledge.
