OK, this looks like a regular strip printer. Then I saw the label that says it is a "TT-77/UG - a unit of printer projector teletypewriter TT-71/UG" The contract number on the tag seems to indicate it is a piece of Navy gear. Ebay item 6508685804 Tom NU4G
