The winamp I have has a  little teeny button in the upper LEFT corner that 
gets you the Winamp Menue.. one choice is Play ... URL.. and a box opens to put
207.207.72.32:8000
into.

(Just at the moment, George's feed seems to be gone..maybe he's "off the 
air" for just now.
