[GreenKeys] Autostart on 20M...Freq issues

14.1095 is the most used MT63/Olivia frequency. 14.1075-14.1095 all get 
their share of mfsk use. Our biggest problem would be that they would 
cause us far more grief than we would cause them... These modes run from 
500Hz to 2KHz wide.

I'd say we stick above 14.082 and below 14.095
