The re-inkers I have available are military surplus.  Still sealed in  
packages. I do not remember if they come with instructions but I have  
instructions somewhere.

I will also announce the ink source as soon as I get home and find it.

The 28 re-inker is a modification of a M15 re-inker. It was make up  
by a HAM long ago.

I sell the re-inker kits for $5.00 each plus postage. They are  
available for only Model 15, 19, 14, and Kleinschmidt Page Printers.
