George and all,

I had good luck downloading all the parts of the manual, but "Part 13" is 
corrupted, according to my Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat. The file size I 
find is 1,126 kilobytes.  Has anyone else opened this successfully?

(All the others open just fine.)
