[GreenKeys] Greenkeys Night

For several years I tried to promite a Green Key Night on Feb 20 each
year, to commemorate the date when it first became legal for hams to
use FSK on the HF bands and in general to wallow in nostalgia and
honor the RTTY pioneers.  Never got much participation, so eventually
I quit trying.  Of course it's awkward having an event that falls on
a different day of the week each year when it isn't a holiday.  But
the original opening of FSK was on a Thursday night.

Then in the early days there was always an "anniversary" contest on
the weekend nearest Feb 20, but I guess there is now a CQ magazine
contest around that time of year.
