[GreenKeys] What's a CV-81/FGC-5 Telegraph Code Converter?

   I acquired one - just the main chassis, no power supply, ect.  Came in 
with a load of other items in a rack I wanted...  "buy the rack, get the 
gear free" type of thing.

   This actually made by Teletype - has the Teletype rating plates - five 
lights and a meter on the front, serial number 1261.  Full of the Mil 
version of 6AL5s (5663).

   Be interested in any/all info, sources for docs, etc.
