Just one minor correction, James.  To set range, find the "high" number and 
"low" number as you said, but then add the two together and divide by two to 
find the midpoint to set the range to.  I don't remember the polar relay 
adjustments, just too long ago, hi.  Eugene, I would, as others have 
suggested, use the loop supply from your ST-6 to run the ASR.
