Don,

I will bet that Bill Henry would send the information needed for  
$20.  Maybe not all the information, but what the man needs.  
Personally I have never seen or heard of an ST-8000.  I do like to  
support HAL Communications as they support all of us on a regular basis.

One of the manuals for the ST-8000 is over $100.  I bought both, the  
operator's and maintenance, and it was over $120.  The government  
sets the price on that one since they bought so many, or something  
close to that.
