[GreenKeys] Need DS3000KSR hookup info

Does anyone on the list have a manual on the Hal DS3000KSR that could give
me some info?  I am looking for the hookup info and also for info on
monitors for them.  I just acquired one but did not get a monitor with it
and no documentation or info with it.

It had several (3 of the 5) of the paddle switches broken.  Does anyone know
of a source for those switches or replacements for them?
