BUT!!!

That appears to be an email from a person who is a scammer. the Payco part
does NOT appear to be a scam, the scammer seems to be using Payco to get
paid and it's not Payco which is the dangerous part.

This appears at the top of the page I posted:

"Unauthorized scam busting and scam email collection site
for craigslist.org sellers and buyers.
craigslisters say "no" to fraud.

Scam email: archive

For the most part craigslist brings out the best in people. The vast
majority of craigslist buyers and sellers are honest and trustworthy.

There is a small minority of scammers that take perverse pleasure in trying
to hoodwink you (skin you). Here is an archive of a recent few who will try
to fleece you (swindle you). Pay close attention to their message and
style. They change their names, email addresses, and the items sought/sold
frequently, so the details are less important than the overall impression
you get when you read them. If you do not see your scam email here, squint
your eyes until it comes in to focus. If it seems too good to be true: It is.
