Hey Guys;

I have the "receive" section written, compiled, and
it is up and running to my satisfaction.

The "transmit" portion main section has been written,
and is up and running but doesn't do anything really
cool at this time other than start each new line with
a 2-space indentation.

Since I have the UART set for one stop bit for the
receive section (laptops don't have the same problem
syncing up as the machines do, or at least not as badly),
I have to write a delay loop to simulate 1 1/2 or 2
stopbits for the transmit side because at full speed it
is pushing the 28, and will probably cause problems on
the 15s.

I'll have the SELCAL listening on 14.084.100 tomorrow
morning (PST). Hope to see some print on it.
