This would be a power transformer, a WE audio transformer would be 
labeled "input trans xxx" or "output trans xxx". They might be quite 
valuable.

I looked on my various WE audio relics and didn't find that number, but 
it does look familiar. Somewhere I have seen lists of WE transformers.
