I feel sorry for you. I have not been in a situation like that so I will
probably never be able to feel similar to you about these affairs.
Perhaps it's good this way, perhaps not. I am still young and I am sure
that I will make some other important experiences in my life.
Perhaps it will go better with all of us on the list if we try to stay
on topic in the future, focus on our *common* interests, and not on the
differences.

And if someone decides to kick me from this list after years of
receiving it and never having written anything off-topic before, he
should do so if he thinks that it's necessary.
That would change my view on "free speech", but ok. Then I would have
learned something from and about some Americans and their perception of
the term "freedom of speech".

Agitator? I don't think so. I am just one of the few German teleprinter
collectors and I just wrote a comment to a piece of off-topic stuff on
this list. So perhaps that was a mistake. Because feeding the trolls
(who write off-topic articles) is not much better than trolling
directly. Sorry for that. But I felt it necessary to write a comment,
that's all. Did not mean to get such a wave of flames, also by personal
mail. Not everything I received is visible on the list.

Ok, free speech for free people in free countries. My opinion about that
topic is something in the opposite direction. Please let me live freely
in my free country like you live freely in your free country. Thanks.

Best wishes,
Philipp

P.S.: Sorry for being still off-topic, but I feel a bit in defense at
the moment.
