I got a kind note from Frank at Bequaert Books with the suggestion to 
search his ABEbooks listing for "teletype".  He has listed these manuals:

1.  TM 11-264A AN/GRC-26A Radio Set (Receiver R-388/URR; Transmitter BC-610)n]
2. TM 11-356 Teletype AN/FGC1, AN/FGC-1X Terminal Equipment
3. TM 11-2222 TT-21/FGC-1, TT-13/FGC Receiving Transmitter Distributors 
(Teletype Model 14)
4. Adjustments and Lubrication Model 28 Perforator Transmitter LAK, LPE, 
LTPE, LAAC
5. Single Channel Radio/Teletype Course: 33A & 34A, BC-447K, Radio 
Transmitters etc.

He also has a number of others not  posted yet to ABEbooks, so an email to 
him with your wants may bring luck.
