[GreenKeys] Model 31

I pulled a manual out of my files this morning cause i was wondering 
what it was all about.  It sez "U.S. Air Navigational Aids" (A brief 
Description), Oct. 7-26, 1946.

Quite shocked to see on page 43 a description of "Radio Teletype 
Ground-to-Plane and Plane-to-ground"

Teletype Corp. Model 31 Send-receive teletypewriter, Tape Printer with 
Sending Keyboard.  Height 10 1/2, Width 10 and Depth 13 1/2 with a 
weight of 24 lb..

The information on it was presented to the gummit by Western Electric 
Company.  Didn't realize it was in service back then and wonder if it 
ever was extensively used.
