[GreenKeys] TT-4?? and other info

The "RSGB Radio Teleprinter Handbook" has two pictures of 
a "TT-4" that I saw many years ago. It is the version
with the Model 26 mechanism (fixed typewheel and moving
platen). The book mistakenly identifies a picture of
the KL TT-4A as the same machine in a different
cabinet. See page 2.123.

Incidentally, they also show a Model 35 typing unit
and identify it as a Model 28. There was a lot of
misunderstanding and wild guesses about certain
TTY's in those days.

Finally....the schematic for the CV-89A is 
included, in a fold-out page.
