This is CTP ( Canadian Forces Station in Halifax).   I've haven't had a 
chance to listen yet but it is very odd for this station to be 
operating in the ham bands.

NAWS is an abbreviation for "Naval Air Weapons Station".

So when you see NAWS de CTP, it can be interpreted as Naval Air Weapons 
Station from CTP as telegraphers use a bit of shorthand and borrow "de" 
meaning "from" in French.

You will also see this on ham band RTTY QSOs such as CQ CQ CQ de 
WA3FRP, or H44V de WA3FRP, etc.

Further down in the printed text is QSX 4 6 MHZ.   QSX is another bit 
of telegrapher's shorthand and a part of a long list of Q codes.   QSX 
means "I am listening at - followed by the frequency"  In this case it 
appears that the Halifax station (CTP) is lsitening for traffic at 4 6 
MHz.
