The glass in my Bell model 15 was broken when I got the machine.  It was
safety glass -two glass layers with a plastic film in between.  Only the top
glass was broken so I was able to remove it and the plastic and just use the
bottom piece.  I wouldn't mind obtaining a replacement glass if one becomes
available.
