I have had my "dream" machines picked up by BAX Global.  It was pricie but, 
I wanted those machines.

The only caveat with BAX is that they pick up from a commercial address. 
That means you'd have to ask the owner to deliver it to a friends store or 
other commercial address for the pick-up.

It's easy to open an acct. with BAX.  I'm sure there are other freighting 
companies you could use and maybe the owner knows of a local one.

BAX also has it crated for the shipment....I think that's called 
BAX-Connect.
