[GreenKeys] TTY sig

If you can tune down to around 14.001 you'll hear a nice loud RTTY sig. 
  Not sure if it's 5 level or what but i've heard it there before 
although some weeks back.  Might be part of MARS circuit that is off 
freq. from what used to be 13.997.  Anyone hear it and tune it in?  My 
beam is pointed NE and it's peaking S-9 at this time.

Also yesterday there was some what sounded like 75 wpm baud that was 
even keyboard generated but i couldn't do anything with it as it was a 
bit on the weak side.  Definitely someone playing around with rtty on 
the low end of our CW band.

Now the loud signal is gone.  Keep tuned.
