Thanks for the warning.

The last time I spoke with Warren Brader, now on disability from the  
US Army, he told me that the UGC-74 and UGC-129 units are not to be  
sold outside of the USA.

I hope you can work this out satisfactorily.

This person's name is....Kazuhiko Nishi.

His email responses are erratic...so I'm
still trying to resolve the mystery address.
