Also FWIW, if anyone needs to refinish one in wrinkle I have Signal Corps 
green wrinkle.  It would be a better base coat than black.  Especially as the 
black you can buy these days doesn't wrinkle well (or some that I bought a couple 
of months ago doesn't, anyway).
