[GreenKeys] ITTY not able to be printed

I hve had some problems for some time now concerning ITTy. I am using 
Winamp, and either MMTTY or HamSCOPE
and am not having any joy with copy.. I get no X/Y display, simply an 
amorphous blob.  The signal sounds like it's ok
but it simply isnt demodulating properly.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, does anyone know a fix.. 
Any and all help would be appreciated..
