Fine on you getting the 15. The carriage return should just be hit one time
to get it all the way back. I can't help with any of the adjustments to get
it to do that.
The ink in the old ribbons can dry out. Just streach it out and give it a
very quick spray with WD40 if this is the case. Just a small ammount will do
it. The old Underwood typewriter and Okidata 82 printer ribbons are the
same size as the teletype machines. The reversing rivits many not be in the
needed place . Someone mentioned you could just tie a knot in the ribbon
where you want it to reverse.
Here is a place to find the sound card programs. There are several Linux
programs listed but I don't run Linux so I can not say if they are any good
or not, but the price is right.
