Yeah - that's true - there are those "intakes" at the top of the two 
"semi-permanent" control panels...  Sounds more like a depot level task 
- change out the front panel... add the blower and you have a CV-89A. 
Or a few 1/2 holes drilled through the case just behind the front panel 
would probably do as well... (until some officer with a burr up his butt 
noticed the "un-official" field change, that is) ;-)
