The low machines to the left seem to be KSR-28's.  What the tall ones at the
back are I dunno.

The eight rack mounted things on the right with horizontal handles on them are
likely crypto machines. The handle opens the compartment that holds the "IBM
card" encryption/decryption key in use.

I think its an HP-3400A ac voltmeter. I have one here.  It would be used to set
signal levels from receivers going to TTY converters and the like.
