You can't tell without looking under the hood.  But it has a high
probability of being 45.45 baud, which is what you care about for
nominal 60 wpm TTY.  The Bell System and most other non-W.U. customers
of Teletype used 7.42 unit code, which is approximately 60 wpm at
45.45 baud.  W.U. liked to use 7.00 unit code which gives you about
65 wpm.

Then the international Telex standard was 7.50 unit code at 50 baud
which gives you about 67 wpm.  Western Union introduced that into the
U.S. about 1958, but mostly using imported teleprinters until the
Model 32 came out.
