I don't remember if it was that exact tuner but I did have a big monster
Dumont with a tuner that did that. I remember the CRT had a *metal* 2nd
anode part! Boy oh boy did that collect dust! And don't even THINK of
working on that chassis live! It had something like 70 tubes and two
5U4 rectifier tubes.
