[GreenKeys] Traffic on qth.mailman.com

Does anyone know why traffic doesn't make it thru the qth.mailman.net
system? I've sent several messages to the Greenkeys list, and only
saw one (1) message make it through the system. This has happened
before, so it's not the first time. Are individual messages moderated
before being permitted to go to the list? Appreciate any help or
clarification on this one.....(and wish it were on yahoogroups, so everyone
could see, and reply to all the items of interest on the list at the same
time, instead of individually).
