If the spools are not compatible the ribbon could be wound on your old  
spools.
At 875 feet long they ought to last a while.  ;-)

used on
IBM,  R.C.ALLEN, ALDER, FACIT, OLYMPIA, REMINGTON,  ROYAL,  SCM,   
FRIDEN AND
OLIVETTII  typewriters.  federal stock number:  7510-00-082-2615.    
Rolls
are black, 0.313" width and 875' long.  Unused government surplus.

Dennison Mfg. Co, Div of Carter's Ink.  12 rolls for $10.00 plus  
postage.
